Daniel Chiu is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) who received his Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University, where he was honored as the Outstanding Graduate.
He spent over six years as a Registered Nurse on the Definitive Step-Down Unit at Huntington Hospital before relocating to Orange County in 2016 to practice gastroenterology alongside Dr. Hardeep Singh. Daniel takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care and is dedicated to supporting his patients in achieving healthier, more fulfilling lives.
His clinical focus includes Gastroenterology, Gerontology, and Telehealth Consultations. In his free time, Daniel enjoys exploring new cuisines, hiking, running, and spending time with his energetic eight-year-old poodle, Rainer. In recent years, he has focused on building a home gym and maintaining his commitment to fitness and overall health.
